Moringa Paratha is a novelty attempt to add healthy nutrients. Drumstick leaves are naturally rich in iron and folic acid.

1 cup wheat flour, 1 tbsp. besan, ½ cup drum stick/moringa leaves, 1 tsp. cilantro, salt as per taste, ¼ tsp. ajwain crushed bit, 1 tsp. roasted cumin seeds powder, ¼ tsp. garam masala, 1 tsp. chilli powder, 1 onion finely chopped, ½ tsp. grated ginger, water as required, 1 tbsp. oil
1. Combine all the ingredients in mixing bowl and mix them well. Knead into a soft dough using water little by little.
2. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll out into a round roti using dry flour and the rolling pin.
3. Heat a flat pan and cook each paratha using oil till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
Prepare today and serve for breakfast to begin the day with a kickstart.
