Try out something different for your kiddo rather than serving same veggies daily. This is extremely simple and easy to make. Radish is rich in energy, vitamin-c, calcium, carotene and protein.

500 gm radish, 75 gm tomatoes, ½ inch ginger, 2 pcs green chiles,15 gm coriander leaves, ½ tsp turmeric powder, 4 tsp mustards paste, 2 tbsp mustard oil, salt to taste
1. Finely chop tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves. Dice the radish into small pieces.
2. Take a pan and add oil. Add diced radish and saute it.
3. Add mustard paste, tomatoes, ginger, green chiles, coriander leaves, turmeric, salt. Mix it well and stir fry it.
4. Cover the lid till it gets cooked. Keep stirring in between.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
