You can prepare a delicious accompaniment to rice called Mula Saga, which has all the goodness of radish leaves, eggplant, and pumpkin. Flavour this dish with garlic and spices like red chili and the dish tastes awesome. The dish is rich in vitamin and minerals like iron, calcium, vitamin C and fibre.

1 bunch mula saga, 5 spoons of peanuts, 2 red chilli, 5 garlic cloves, 1 small eggplant, ½ cup pumpkin, 1 tsp mustard seeds, salt as per taste
1. Make a paste out of peanuts, 1 red chili, and 2 garlic cloves.
2. Cut the eggplant and pumpkin into fine pieces.
3. In a vessel, boil the finely chopped veggies, radish leaves, and ground peanut paste.
4. In a pan, heat one tsp oil. Add mustard seeds. As it splutters, add dry red chili and crushed garlic.
5. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add the cooked radish leaves and the veggies. Add salt.
Mula Saga is ready to enjoy. Serve with hot steamed rice.
