Mulberries are rich in carbohydrates and also a good source of fibre and protein. Along with lemon juice and sugar, you can make a tasty mulberry jelly for your little darling.

1.5 kg of mulberry, ½ cup lemon juice, 5 cups sugar, 12 tbsp liquid fruit pectin
1. Wash the mulberries and put them in a sauce pan.
2. Crush gently and heat till juice starts to flow.
3. Strain the juice. In a vessel, pour the juice, lemon juice and add the sugar.
4. Over high heat, bring the mixture to a boil and immediately add the liquid pectin.
5. Boil for 1 minute and switch off the flame.
6. Pour the thick mixture in jelly moulds.
Refrigerate for an hour and Mulberry Jelly is ready to be served. Enjoy!
