Rice, dal, grated coconut, coconut milk, sugar, cashews
1. Wash rice and dal.
2. In a pressure cooker, add sufficient water to cook the rice and dal for ten minutes.
3. Once cooked, add coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar, bring to boil on a low flame.
Now add cashews and serve hot!
