Oats contain protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and fiber. Thus, this Oats Jam is a must-have for your little one.

Oats (roasted): ½ cup, puffed rice: ½ cup, chopped dates: 50 grams, dry fruits (your choice, use any 3 types): ¼ cup Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam: 4 tablespoons
1. Heat a pan, add in Kissan Mixed Fruit Jam and water to dilute, let it melt and start bubbling. Meanwhile, add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and combine it together.
2. Transfer the jam mixture into the bowl. Mix it well
3. Take any greased mould and spread the mixture evenly. Keep aside and let it cool.
Serve it with bread to your little kid.
