Oats Mor Kazhi is a traditional South Indian dish, prepared from oats and buttermilk with a tempering of rai and curry leaves. It is healthy, tasty, and very easy to make. Oats are rich in fibre and keeps your child's tummy full for good time.

1 cup quick cooking oats, ½ cup sour curd, 2 tbsp gingili oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp bengal gram, ½ tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of hing, 2-3 mor milagai(curd chiles), salt to taste
1. Grind oats into a fine powder. Remove in a bowl.
2. Add sour curd, hing and salt and mix well. Add enough water to make a thin batter.
3. Now heat oil in a pan; add mustard seeds and let them crackle. Then add urad dal, bengal gram dal, cumin seeds, and mor milagai and fry them for a minute.
4. Add oats batter in it and cook till it starts leaving the sides of the pan. Stir conitnuously.
5. Once, it looks like a thick dough, transfer it to greased plate and let it cool. Cut it into pieces.
Serve with mor milagai.
