½ cup butter, ½ cup brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1/4 cup raisins, 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, ½ cup plain flour, ½ cup porridge oats, ½ tsp soda, a pinch of salt

Steps to make Oats & Raisins Cookies with Sunflower Seeds:
