Onion Poriyal is rich in nutrients such as Vit C, Iron and Fibre, making it an ideal dish.

2 cups chopped onion, ½ tsp oil, ¼ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp besan flour, 2 tbsp fresh shredded coconut, ½ tsp salt
1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add the onion.
2. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add the besan, coconut, and salt.
3. Saute for a minute more. Remove from heat and serve hot.
This Onion Poriyal will fill with delight, so serve this dish right away!
