Orange Basundi is a super tasty sweet, a twist to the traditional basundhi. The juicy oranges give a unique flavour to the dish. It is loaded with vitamins.

4 cups milk, 1 cup condensed milk, 4 oranges, 1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
1. In a deep pan add the milk and bring to boil and reduce the milk till it gets thick and creamy.
2. Add the condensed milk and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Remove from the flame, cool and keep it in the refrigerator.
4. Extract the juice of two oranges in a bowl and strain.
5. Slice the remaining 2 oranges.
6. When the milk is cold, add the orange juice, sliced segments, and the cardamom powder, mix well.
Serve chilled.
