A great way to eat healthy food is to make it attractive and colorful. That is why we have for you this brightly colored Orange Set Yogurt recipe! Carrots are full of Vitamin A and potassium, whereas yogurt provides valuable nutrients, such as calcium and protein.

1 cup grated carrots, 1 tsp chopped mint leaves, 2 cups yogurt, 1 tsp sugar
1. Blend the yogurt and carrots together in a mixie.
2. Add sugar and mix. Pour into small bowls and chill for half an hour.
3. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
