Oranges are a solid source of fiber. A diet high in fiber has numerous benefits. It helps normalize bowel movements, lowers cholesterol levels, controls blood sugar, maintains bowel health and aids in achieving a healthy weight. Yogurt, which is made by fermenting milk with lactic acid bacteria, has a high concentration of proteins, vitamins and minerals, suchas vitamin B2 and B12, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc. Orange Yogurt is a healthy and tasty sweet dish which is loved by everyone irrespective of their age.

Orange-1, curd-4 cups, and sugar-½ cup
1. Line a sieve with cheese cloth and suspend it over a bowl. Pour the curd into the sieve and allow it to drain, refrigerated, for 3 hours or overnight.
2. Place the thickened curd into a medium bowl and add orange juice and sugar until a desirable consistency is obtained.
Serve fresh.
