Make this evening joyful with Palak Paneer Rolls. This snack comes with the goodness of palak or spinach, which is rich in Vitamin C, iron, folic acid, zinc, antioxidants, Omega 3 fatty acids, dietary fiber, calcium and Vitamin A.

Ingredients: 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour, 1 ½ cups palak, ½ inch ginger chopped, 1 small green chilli chopped, salt, 1 tsp. cumin powder, oil, ghee, 1 ½ cups grated paneer, 1 tsp. ginger garlic paste, 1 tomato finely chopped, ½ tsp. chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp. coriander powder, salt, few coriander leaves chopped.
Steps:
1. Blanch the spinach leaves. Drain and grind along with ginger, chillies, cumin seeds and garam masala into a smooth paste.
2. Mix this paste along with the flour and prepare the dough. Roll out rotis and cook as you would cook parathas. Set aside.
3. In a pan, heat oil splutter the cumin seeds and prepare paneer bhurjee using the rest of the ingredients.
4. Spread the filling on the parathas and roll them. Secure using a toothpick.
