Parathas make a great snack or breakfast, don’t you agree? Here we have for a wonderful paneer parathas recipe. Paneer is an excellent source of calcium for your developing bones and teeth.

Ingredients: Wheat flour - 1 cup, Oil -1 tbsp, Salt -1/4 tsp, Paneer - 40 grams crumbled, Onion - 1 finely chopped, Ginger - 1 tsp finely chopped, Cumin seeds - 1 tsp, Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped, Salt to taste, Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp, Coriander powder - 1 tsp, Oil - for frying parathas
Steps:
1. Take flour, add oil and salt and make a soft dough. Cover it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
2. Take paneer, add ginger, onions, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, the spice powders and salt. Mix everything well.
3. Make balls out of the dough, stuff with the paneer mixture and roll into parathas.
4. Heat a tava and fry parathas. Serve with curd or pickle.
