Parsi Style Omelette is the ultimate comfort food which contains nutrients like protein, which are good for health.

4 eggs,1 medium onion finely chopped, 1 medium tomato chopped, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tbsp ghee
1. In a large bowl, mix onion, tomatoes, coriander with ghee. Add the eggs to the bowl and mix well.
2. On a medium flame, heat an omelette pan with some canola oil. When the pan and oil are hot, spoon 3-4 tablespoons of the egg batter into the pan.
3. Cook each side of the omelette for 3-4 minutes. Repeat till all the batter is used up, you should get 4-5 omelets.
Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice and a warm crusty buttered bread. Your kid will love tthis dish.
