This is a combination of parwals mixed with chana and spices to create mouth watering side dish. In this mouth-watering Parwal Chana Bhujiya, the parwal is cooked into a dry subzi along with the versatile red chana.

Ingredients to make Parwal Chana Bhujiya:
8-10 parwals, 1/4 cup red chana soaked, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3-4 green chillies, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste
Steps to make Parwal Chana Bhujiya:
1. Wash, peel and cut parwals lengthwise.
2. Heat oil in a pan; add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter. Add green chillies, sliced parwals, soaked chana and saute until it becomes golden brown.
3. Add red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Cook for 4-5 minutes with while stirring continuously.
Serve hot with roti and dal.
