This is a new way to make your kid enjoy fresh peaches in a glass. This Peach Cooler recipe is simple but will definitely amaze your child. Peach is a good source of dietary fibre, vitamin A, niacin, while blackberries are low in calories and fat.

Contents
1 cup large peach, chilled, pitted and sliced, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 cup blackberries chilled and deseeded, ice water or ice cubes as required.
1. In a blender, add peach, sugar and blackberries and blend well.
2. You can use water or ice cubes, if the juice is thick.
Pour it in a glass and serve to your child.
