Make your own chocolate truffle and surprise everyone with it. It contains Peanut Butter which is rich source of proteins for body development, good supply of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that is good for the immune system. Bananas are an excellent source of energy and are filled with vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Yogurt is rich in calcium, protein, fats and minerals. Flax seeds have good omega 3 fatty acids, essential amino acids supporting the immune function and good source of vitamins and minerals for good health.

Contents
Ingredients: 2 cups peanut butter (about 450 gm), 2 ripe bananas, 2 tbsp whole flax seeds, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder.
Steps:
1. Mix Sundrop peanut butter, banana and flax seeds with fork in a large bowl.
2. Put cocoa in a shallow bowl.
3. Roll the mixture into walnut sized balls, roll in cocoa and place in a container lined with parchment or butter paper to separate the layers.
4. Refrigerate or freeze for at least 2 hours.
