If you are looking for the best peanut frosting, here is the perfect recipe for you. You will just relish it as it is creamy, light, smooth, sweet and full of peanut flavour. Peanut cream contains good fats with monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats.

½ cup heavy cream, 3 cups powdered sugar, 1 cup creamy peanut butter, pinch of salt
1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter for 2-3 minutes. Get the colour lighten by a few shades.
2. Add the powdered sugar and blend well.
3. Add the heavy cream and beat until smooth. Mix the salt.
4. Beat well for 4-5 minutes or until the cream has become light and fluffy.
Use it immediately to frost a cake, cookies or cupcakes. Serve this evening and enjoy lip-smacking antics.
