Peanuts-1 cup and jaggery-1 cup
1. Take jaggery powder in asauce pan and add little amount of water. Heat it on medium flame till jaggery melts and asticky syrup is ready.
2. Add peanut to a grinder and make coarse powder, a dd powder to hot jaggery syrup and mix well.
3. Turn off the flame and spread the mixture on a plate.
4. Cut out barfis of different shape and let it cool down.
Store in an airtight container.
