Peanuts and sesame seeds pack a serious nutritional punch and offer a variety of health benefits. They are rich in iron and protein. Serve this recipe as a snack or dessert to increase the protein content!

Peanuts, sesame seeds, jaggery, oil (as required)
1. Dry roast peanuts and sesame seeds on a tawa.
2. Melt jaggery in a pan.
3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add the melted jaggery.
4. Allow to cool slightly and then shape into laddus.
Store up to 6 days in an airtight box.
