You will enjoy this easy, quick, simple and healthy pasta dish blended with chicken. Chicken is a good source of protein, vitamin B6 and phosphorus, niacin. Basil is rich in vitamin A, K, and C, magnesium, iron, potassium and calcium.

1 chicken breast thinly sliced in half width ways, 1 tbsp basil leaves, 1 cup boiled pasta, 1 tbsp butter, ½ cup shredded cheese
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet, then drain.
2. Steam or poach the chicken breast until cooked through, shred into small pieces.
3. In a separate pan, warm the butter and add all the ingredients and sauté until they are well coated in the basil leaves.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese until melted. Cook for 2 minutes.
