Phulkas are easy to make and are the perfect choice for breakfast. They are also highly nutritious as they are made using whole wheat flour, which is a rich source of potassium, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, protein, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Here’s how you can prepare light and tasty phulkas at home easily.

Ingredients: 3 cups whole wheat flour, 1 ½ cups of water, ½ tsp salt, oil.
Steps:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough.
2. Pinch out small balls and roll them into small rotis.
3. Heat a tawa and put the roti on it. Flip when one side is half done. Flip again when the other side shows brown spots.
4. Put them on the fire till they are puffed and soft.
Phulkas are really easy to prepare and are great for breakfast. So prepare these yummy phulkas at home for breakfast with a tasty vegetable curry today!
