Pineapple is one of those fruits that not only tastes good, but is also nutrient-densed with tons of benefits. Pineapples are a rich source of vitamin C and consuming them can help fight off the viruses that cause cold and coughs! Including pineapple in your diet can help in providing all these benefits very easily.

Pineapple pieces, rava, jaggery, water, dry fruits of your choice
1. Take rava in a pot. Add water and cook until rava becomes a soft paste. Put aside.
2. Melt jaggery in a saucepan and keep aside.
3. Heat water in a pan, add chopped pineapple pieces to it and cook till it is soft.
4. Cool the rava mixture and then add jaggery syrup.
Add pineapple pieces or puree of your choice and chopped dry fruits to the mixture and serve!
