Prepare these spicy posto fritters flavoured with garlic and green chiles for evening snack. Poppy seeds are rich in iron and phosphorus and minerals essential for the maintenance of both muscles and bones. It prevents constipation and other digestive problems.

Ingredients to make Posta Bara:
100 gm, poostaka(poppy seeds), 1 large onion chopped, green chillies chopped, 5-6 garlic cloves, salt as per taste, mustard oil for shallow frying
Steps to make Posta Bara:
1. Soak the poppy seeds along with garlic for 15-20 minutes.
2. Grind them to a coarse mixxture. Add salt, green chiles in it and blend again. Take out the mixture in a bowl.
3. Now add chopped onion and mix well.
4. Heat a tawa and pour some mustard oil over it. Now make small discs out of mixture and put it on tawa.
5. Cook it from both sides till it becomes golden brown. Sprinkle mustard oil in between too.
Serve hot with green chutney.
