Potato Bhel is a yummy snack, which you can give to your little one to munch in the evening. It’s healthy and tasty as it has potato and puffed rice, filled with essential carbs and iron. It is a filling snack, which your kiddo is bound to enjoy!

2 potatoes, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder, 1 teaspoon amchur, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste, water, coriander leaves for garnishing, oil, 1 cup puffed rice
1. Wash and boil the potatoes and cook them in pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
2. Cut the potatoes and keep aside.
3. In a bowl, add the potatos, add the spice powders and one teaspoon lemon juice. Add few tablespoons of water, 1 cup puffed rice. Mix very well.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
You can give this as a finger food to your little one as both potatoes and puffed rice are soft.
