If you are eager to introduce all dryfruits, then this Power Shake is the best option to do that. This power shake is full of iron and calcium and is considered as one of the best weight gaining recipes.

Cow milk 1 cup, sugar 2 tbsp, saffron 3-4 strands, almonds 4, cashews 4, pistachios 4, raisins 4, dates 3, dried fig 1
1. Soak all the dry fruits in warm water for 30 minutes.
2. Soak saffron in 1 tablespoon milk separately and set aside.
3. After 30 minutes, remove the peel from soaked almonds. Take all the soaked nuts, sugar and saffron and blend it into a smooth paste.
4. Once the nuts and dry fruits are ground smooth, add the milk and blend again.
Pour the power shake in a glass and serve it.
