Puffed Rice Ball is a quick, tasty and nutritious treat. Puffed rice is rich in carbohydrates. By adding veggies like potato, onion and cucumber, you can enhance the taste and nutrition of this chaat.

Contents
1 cup puffed rice, 1 potato, ½ onion, ½ cucumber, 1 green chilli, 3-4 sprigs of coriander leaves, salt as required, 1 tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, 3-4 roasted peanuts, 2 tsp sev, 1 tsp mustard oil
1. Finely chop the potato. In a microwave, cook the potato pieces for about 3 minutes.
2. Finely chop the onion, cucumber, green chilli and coriander leaves.
3. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and give a good toss.
Instant and tasty Puffed Rice Chaat is ready for your child to relish.
