It's summertime and you might crave for some cold and yummy food. Give this rainbow colored looking ice cream: Rainbow Cassata Slices, a try. Providing colors in the diets of children helps to improve their eating habits as appearance matters for the most for them. Strawberry and peaches contain good amounts of vitamin C, which helps fight infections. Peaches also contain good amounts of fiber, which helps in digestion in children and adults.

Strawberry -100gms, vanilla ice cream -50gms, peach -50gms, apple slices -50gms, fruitcake -2 slices
1. Cut the fruits into the desired shape and keep it aside.
2. Cut the slab of the vanilla ice cream and place it in the d shaped container.
3. Cut the fruitcake using a d shaped cookie cutter.
4. Assemble all the fruits in a d-shape.
Note: You can add fresh cream on top and some chocolate sauce to make it more delicious.
