This one is a sweet to be prepared instantaneously and is perfect to soothe your child's sweet tooth. If you have left over rice, then it is easy and quick to make, and also contains healthy carbs.

1 cup mashed cooked rice, chocolate balls as needed, oil for deep frying, 4 tbsp rice flour
1. Take mashed cooked rice and mix rice flour in it. Mix well.
2. Make small balls of the mixture. Dig a small hole in the balls and insert chocolate balls and roll it again.
3. Heat oil in skillet. Dust rice flour on all choclate balls from top.
4. Deep fry the rice chocolate balls in oil.
Serve hot.
