Canepes served with curds is a scrumptious wonderful appetizer, which contains curd, which will give a huge boost of calcium as it will have a greater impact on bone development. It contains probiotics, which is good for your tummy and can prevent constipation. It also contains sprouted moong dal, which is packed with protein, fiber and B Vitamins.

Ingredients to make Canepes with curds (1 serving):
Canapés – 3 to 4, potatoes- 100 gms, sprouted Moong Dal- 30 gms, onion- 20gms, tomato -25 gms, hung curd -50gms
Steps to make Canapes served with curds:
1. Take a clean bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, and sprouted moong dal. Mix it well.
2. Add Hung curd to the misture and add little chat masala ,pepper and salt to taste.
3. Place the canapés on the plate and then place the filling on top of the canapés. Add grated cheese if you wish to.
Serve this scrumptious appetizer!
