Sesame laddoo is a very healthy dish. It is rich in calcium, iron and magnesium. It is a great post-dinner or post-lunch snack.

1 cup sesame seeds, fistful of mixed nuts(peanuts and cashew nuts), ½ cup grated jaggery
1. Dry roast sesame seeds. Set them aside to cool.
2. Meanwhile dry roast peanuts and cashew nuts and cool them. Remove their skin and keep them aside.
3. Grind sesame seeds and jaggery together to a fine powder.
4. Transfer this to a plate and add skinned nuts and mix them.
5. Take small portions and make them into balls. 6. Store these laddoos in an airtight jar. It takes prep time 10mins and cooking time 5mins.
