Potatoes, rice flour, salt, oil
1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into halves.
2. Pressure cook the potato with sufficient water for 10 minutes.
3. Mash the potato, add salt and make into small balls.4. Coat the balls with plain rice flour and fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot as a snack or side dish!
