Simba Rai is a very healthy dish for your kid loaded with the goodness of beans and potatoes. This dish contains a good amount of healthy carbs and proteins for your child.

Ingredients to make Simba Rai:
454 gm beans, 2 medium sized potatoes, 2 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp panch phoran, 2 pieces dried red chili, salt according to taste
Steps to make Simba Rai:
1. Wash the beans and cut hem into small pieces. Wash and peel off the potatoes and cut into small pieces.
2. Take a wide bottomed pan, heat it and add the mustard oil to the pan. After a minute, when the oil is heated up add the panch phoran and dried red chili.
3. After a minute, add the beans, potatoes, salt, and turmeric. Mix them and cover the pan.
4. Mix the mustard paste and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
5. Now add a cup of water and let the spice be absorbed by the veggies.
Serve this dish to your little one and see him enjoy it to the fullest.
