Boneless chicken 10-12 bite-sized pieces, oil 2 tbsp, garlic chopped 5-6 cloves, ginger chopped one-inch pieces, tomato ketchup 2 tbsp, salt to taste, cornflour 2 tbsp, egg 1
1. Heat oil, add chopped garlic, ginger and sauté for two minutes. Add tomato ketchup, salt and one cup of water and mix. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, take chicken, salt, 1 tbsp cornflour, egg and mix.
3. Heat oil in a wok and deep-fry the chicken pieces on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add 1 tbsp cornflour blended in water to the sauce. Cook, stirring continuously, till the sauce thickens.
5. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce. Stir for 2 minutes and serve.
