Soya chunks are naturally high in essential fatty acids, proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. These nutrients provide energy and keep body functioning at its optimum level. Spinach is rich in iron and fibre, and this recipe easily combines all the benefits into one great dish that you will enjoy!

Ingredients to make Soya Palak Patty:
Soya chunks, baby spinach leaves, water, bread crumbs, oil, peper, ginger
1. Soak the soya chunks in water for 10 minutes.
2. Drain the water and squeeze the chunks to remove excess water.
3. Clean and wash spinach leaves. Boil them in hot water for 6-7 minutes till leaves become soft.
4. Now, combine all the ingredients together in a bowl.
5. Make small cutlets from the mixture.
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets till golden brown.
Serve hot as a snack or starter!
