Prepare this creamy and smooth alternative to peanut butter. Spiced Seed Butter is delicious and healthy and can be eaten with bread, pancakes, cereals, waffles, etc.

Contents
1 cup raw sunflower seeds, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, a pinch of salt
1. Dry roast sunflower seeds in a pan. Let it cool slightly.
2. Transfer the seeds to the blender and blend for 2-3 minutes. Add in coconut oil and blend again.
3. Add in cinnamon and maple syrup and a pinch of salt and blend again. Blend till creamy and smooth.
Transfer this butter to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator.
