Do you love chicken? If yes, then this is a recipe that you must try out. Chicken is not just a high source of protein, but is also good source of minerals and vitamins. Chicken Tikka kebab is a popular Indian dish and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients: Boneless chicken breasts (1/2 kg diced into small chunks), one large onion (diced), salt to taste, a pinch of cayenne pepper, ½ tsp of chilli flakes, 1 ½ tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 3-4 cashewnuts, 1 tsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of chopped coriander, 1 large tomato (diced), 1 capsicum or bell pepper (diced), 2 cups of yogurt.
Steps:
1. Take a large bowl and marinate the chicken with the other ingredients.
2. Heat your oven to 300oF and thread the chicken cubes, alternating it with onions, tomatoes and capsicum.
3. If you do not have an oven, you can place the skewers in a kadhai and turn each side and fry it till it turns golden.
