Enrich your health with this Spinach Cauliflower and with Milk soup. This is not only simple, easy to prepare, but can also be easily relished. Spinach is rich in nutrients, high in fibre.

2 cups cauliflower florets, a handful of spinach (palak) washed and chopped, 2 cups Milk, ½ tsp. ghee, ½ tsp.cumin seeds (jeera), ¼ tsp. turmeric powder (haldi), ¼ tsp. pepper powder, ½ tsp. garam masala, Salt as desired.
1. Combine cauliflower and spinach with 1 cup milk and simmer till they are soft. Cool and blend in a mixer.
2. heat ghee in a saucepan, add cumin seeds when it crackles add the mixture, turmeric, pepper, garam masala, remaining milk and stir well and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve hot with soup sticks.
