Steamed Black Beans is a very simple and easy dish that can turn your family breakfast into a healthy breakfast, or make this into a healthy snack/finger food.

Black eyed beans-1 cup, salt- to taste and water-1.5 cup
1. Wash black eyed beans properly.
2. In a pressure cooker take water and add black eyed beans and salt to it.
3. On a medium flame pressure cook it for upto 2 whistle.
Your healthy and tasty Steamed Black Beans are ready, serve hot.
