Vegetables in salads are good sources of insoluble fiber, which keeps digestive tract healthy. If you add beans to the salad, you will get a boost of soluble fiber that keeps the body healthy. Steamed Salad Stir Fry is a healthy side dish for your family that is easy to prepare and takes less time. The aroma of steamed fried vegetables is so tempting that no one can resist eating it.

Contents
Oil-1 tsb, carrot-1/4 cup, French beans-1/4 cup, cabbage-1/4 cup, beans-1/4 cup, sprout-1/4 cup, salt-to taste, and water-½ cup
1. Wash and cut all the vegetables.
2. Heat ½ cup of water in a pressure cookes and add all the vegetables. Pressure cook till 1 whistle on medium flame.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add steamed vegetables along with a pinch of salt. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and your steamed salad stir fry is ready to be served with the main course dish.
