2 salmon fillets, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 tsp butter
1. Marinate the salmon with salt and lemon juice for 30 min.
2. Place the salmon in a bamboo steamer set over a wok half-filled with boiling water. Cover with a lid and steam for 6 -7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
3. With a fork, shred the fish into small pieces.
4. Saute the rice with some butter and salt. Stir in the shredded salmon and mix well. Serve hot.
