Potato is one of the vegetables which is loved by almost all and they are rich in vitamin B6, Vitmain C. This stir-fried potato can be served as lunch, dinner or snack. It could be good finger food for your baby also. Potato helps in weight gain and keep the tummy full for long.

250 gms of potato, 2-3 tbsp of vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and coriander leaves for garnishing
1. First of all, boil the potatoes.
2. After cooling, peel the skin and dice them.
3. Now heat a wok or large skillet on medium-high heat and add oil.
4. Carefully add potatoes and cook until golden brown.
5. Lastly, add a pinch of salt and coriander leaves.
Serve warm!
