Strawberries are delicious fruits that are rich in Vitamin C, iron, magnesium, dietary fibre, potassium etc. Almonds are rich in potassium, dietary fibre, iron and magnesium. Strawberry almond milkshake is a yummy drink that combines the goodness of both strawberries and almonds and can easily be prepared in hardly any time. Not only is this drink absolutely delicious, but is also highly nutritional.

Ingredients: 250 gm strawberry chopped, 2 ½ cups almond milk, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, powdered jaggery, 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, ice cubes.
Steps:
1. Put the chopped strawberries, almond milk, vanilla extract, powdered jaggery and ice cubes into a mixer jar and blend till it is smooth.
2. Pour out into tall glasses. Top up with a scoop of ice cream and serve.
