Stuffed potato is very healthy as it is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and sodium, and quite yummy as well.

4 large baking potatoes, 1 container sour cream and onion dip, few peas
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Bake potatoes in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
3. Slice tops off of potatoes and scoop the flesh into a large bowl, leaving skins intact.
4. To the potato flesh add the peas and onion dip. Mix well and spoon mixture into potato skins.
5. Bake for another 30 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve this tasty dish and relish it!
