This Sweet Chilli Jam recipe is sweet, spicy and super satisfying. Tomatoes contain fiber, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A and folate.

7 fresh red chilies, 500 gms tomatoes, sea salt to taste, 2 tbsp garlic chopped, 1 tbsp. ginger grated, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp. soy sauce, ½ cup vinegar
1. Heat a non-stick pan and add tomatoes, salt, garlic and ginger. Roughly chop the red chillies and add it too. Mix it well and cook.
2. Now add sugar and mix. Add soy sauce and mix again.
3. Add vinegar and continue to cook.
4. When half cooked, crush the mixture with a hand blender. Continue cooking it till the mixture reaches the jam like consistency.
5. Cool and store in a sterilized jar.
Serve it with Paranthas or on toast.
