Sweet Poori is a simple delicious sweet that looks like a crispy flaky juicy mini poori, nicely dipped in sugary syrup. These are good to serve as snacks and are loaded with healthy fats for your little one.

Contents
1 cup maida, sugar syrup, 1 cup powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp ghee, oil for frying
1. In a bowl, mix maida, a pinch of salt, ghee, mix well and add water as needed to make a soft dough. Keep it for 15 minutes.
2. Pinch small portions of dough, roll them to balls. Now flatten the balls with rolling pin making small pooris.
3. Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the sweet pooris. Dip the fried puris in sugar syrup and transfer them to plate.
4. Sprinkle some powdered sugar over puris so that it sticks to pooris.
Serve immediately and store when it cools down.
