Tagi Buskhruk is a kind of flattened bread, and consumed along with soup. You can make it at home by mixing wheat and barley flour. It's super easy to make and super nutritious to eat too.

1 cup - wheat (paqphey)/barley flour (narjen), salt as per taste, 1 tsp-pul/soda
1. Take a bowl and knead and make a dough like that of chapatti.
2. Make rounds are thicker and small in shape. The bread is unleavened.
Cook them briefly over iron plate and then cook them in ashes of wood stove and allow to puff.
