A very healthy and tasty halwa of banana is a good change from sooji or aata halwa. It is very nutritious and gives a very nice aroma of rich banana with cardamom.

Contents
5 ripe bananas, 2 cups sugar, 150 gm ghee, ½ tsp cardamom powder
1. Heat a deep pan and add 2 cups of water and bananas to it. Boil this for 10 minutes.
2. Cool the mixture and peel the bananas. Blend them till they are smooth.
3. Heat ghee in a kadhai, add banana and saute till cooked for 5 minutes.
4. Add sugar and mix it well. Cook the banana mixture for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot.
