Give traditional dosa a twist! This Dal Pancake contains tomatoes: a good source of vitamins and antioxidants, lycopene which is said to have health benefits and also a good source of vitamin C, potassium and folate. Besides, urad dal is the richest source of protein and B Vitamins.

Ingredients to make Dal Pancake (1 serving):
Tomatoes -50 gms, urad Dal- 25 gms, chana dal – 25gms, butter -10gms, salt to taste
Steps to make Dal Pancake:
1. Soak Chana dal, and urad dal overnight and blend rise it.
2. To the batter, add tomatoes and salt to taste
3. Heat the tawa and spread the batter.
4. Cook both sides until done.
Serve this tasty Dal Pancake!
